Commission Body Reclamation Art

This is an intuitive, somatic art process centered on honoring and reclaiming your relationship with your body.

Each painting below depicts a sacred exploration to reclaim a part of self - a part lost to violence and suppression, a part lost to shame and inner exile, a part lost to societal conditioning and fear. The reclamation process calls those parts back
- back to power and autonomy, back to conscious relationship with self, back to reclaiming the body and its image:

“THIS. IS. ME.”

For the first 1 hour session, you’ll bring an image that feels moving and expressive of who you are. We'll use use this picture to set an intention and explore the relationship you experience with your body and its image. Using Somatica® tools I will guide you in deepening your connection to both your inner and outer self. We will also co-create the vision for a galaxy specifically designed to capture your celestial god(x)ess energy. After this collaborative experience, I’ll carry your magnetic energy to my workshop to create a unique and expressive painting just for you. The painting that emerges will be an emblem of our time together and your body’s majesty and wisdom.

For the second 2 hour session, we will unbox the painting together and explore whatever feelings come up in response to the piece. This is a moment to connect with your inner world with me as your witness. I create and hold the container together we look into the mirror to observe your radiance inside and out. I would be honored to take this journey with you and co-create magic through art together.
